Concessions
Concession projects involve large infrastructure or construction projects in which a company not only carries out the construction work but also takes on other tasks such as planning, financing, operation, and/or maintenance for a specific period of time. At the end of this period, the project is handed over to the owner.
Typical models in this area include BOT (Build, Operate, Transfer) and PPP (Public-Private Partnership). In addition, we also participate in projects under the EPC-F (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Finance) model.

For complex international infrastructure and turnkey construction projects, we work closely with our parent company Rönesans. In doing so, we promote the Swiss value chain by exporting Swiss goods and services, while also acting as a local general contractor, where we contribute our construction expertise.
We work closely with SERV (Swiss Export Risk Insurance) and other export credit risk insurers and handle our services together with local organizations in the country where we are operating. We play a key role in sustainable project financing and can contribute our technical and operational expertise to ensure cost-effective and on-time completion.
